What's Cookin'

Mon~Chicken Alfredo (freezer), cauliflower, cabbage
Tues~Tacos x 3 (let's try this one more time, still haven't gotten to it), rice, black beans
Wed~San Francisco pork chops (freezer), Breakfast potatoes, green beans
Thurs~Pizza, cold veggies, fruit
Fri~In Canada visiting family
Sat~Out on the way home
Sun~Chili (freezer), brown rice, bread

Question for all you foodies out there:  Have you ever made polenta?  It looks really good to me and I'd like to try this recipe:
Polenta with sausage and fresh mozzerella
