It's freezer cooking week at my house. The bold meals will be ones I can double and stick in the freezer.
Mon~Enchilada stuffed pasta, salad, corn
Tues~Baked Penne, green beans, artisan bread
Wed~Sour Cream Beef Noodle bake (church potluck)
Thurs~San Francisco Pork chops, rice, green beans
Fri~Tacos, cold veggies, chips n salsa
Sat~Chris's cousin's wedding
Sun~Creamy chicken noodle soup, artisan bread
