Dessert hasn't been a problem providing the last couple of weeks due to all the treats flowing in and out of the house over the holidays. But yesterday we were running dry, so I quick whipped this pie up and it was a hit with all 5 boys!
Chocolate Pudding Pie
1 graham crust
1 large box of chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups of milk
4 oz of cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
mini chocolate chips, heath bits, etc (optional)
Soften the cream cheese in a bowl in the microwave, about 30 seconds. Whisk it a bit to break it up and make it creamy and then add in 2 1/2 cups of milk and whisk. Whisk in pudding mix and let it set so its slightly firm. Fold in Cool Whip and spoon into pie shell. Top with mini chocolate chips if you want.
