I followed a recipe I clipped out of a magazine.
Pizzadillas (from Cooking Light)
mozzerella cheese
pepperoni
tortillas
marinara sauce
oil
Brush about a tablespoon of oil on a jelly roll pan. Lay tortillas on pan (however many you want or can fit). Sprinkle about 3 T of cheese onto each tortilla, add some pepperoni and top with more cheese. Bake @ 400 for 5 minutes. Gently fold tortillas over and bake for 5 more minutes. Flip and bake 5 minutes more or until brown and crispy, Heat marinara sauce for dipping. Yum!
