Budget Nursery Art

My nursery, which has gone through 3 babies since we've moved in, has no art on the walls. Nothing. So since I spruced up the changing table, I thought it was high time to spruce up the walls. Here's a cheap way to get some art on the walls without breaking the budget.

My supplies:

3 10 x 10 canvases, 3 12 x 12 scrapbook papers, 3 wooden animals, ribbon, glue

First I cut my paper to size and glued it on the canvases. I used Elmer's glue for this but it bubbled a bit. Then I used a hot glue gun to glue some ribbon all along the edges of the canvas. Final step, glue gun to glue the animals to the paper. Easy or what?

Here's what the ribboned edges look like.

On the wall (can't believe I hung them semi-straight!).

With the new changing table.

Andrew wanted a photo-op.

Edit: Forgot to tell you it cost me about 12 bucks for all 3 prints. Love Hobby Lobby!
