(I've started this post about 4x but have been interrupted each time!)
We were so excited to welcome a little girl into our family on October 11! Mabel Anne was born at 12:47 AM and weighed 7 lbs, 10 oz. The boys were excited to finally have a little sister! Our house has seen a pleasant explosion of pink since she's been born. :-)
Mabel is named after my Grandma who passed away a few years ago. I pray that she has her godly character.
She has the most hair of any my kids when they were born, and the darkest! We'll see if she keeps it.
Finally home!
1Praise the Lord, my soul;
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
all my inmost being, praise his holy name.
2 Praise the Lord, my soul,
and forget not all his benefits—
3 who forgives all your sins
and heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit
and crowns you with love and compassion,
5 who satisfies your desires with good things
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Psalm 103:1-5
